What can you do to keep healthy and/or fit?
To be fit we just have to do
two very simple things. The first is to take a good diet that is balanced and
not take substances harmful to our health such as drugs or alcohol. The second
is to take an active life and do sport a few times in a week. If you do these two things you will get great results and
you will be happier.
In conclusion we think that
everybody should carry a healthy life because it will help you feel better and
be more attractive.
