What can you do to keep healthy and/or fit?

The physical is the first thing that people see of us and can be an important factor in our social relationships. But this is not the only important thing, it also help us to feel good about ourselves.

To be fit we just have to do two very simple things. The first is to take a good diet that is balanced and not take substances harmful to our health such as drugs or alcohol. The second is to take an active life and do sport a few times in a week. If you do these two things you will get great results and you will be happier.

In conclusion we think that everybody should carry a healthy life because it will help you feel better and be more attractive.
